Job Summary


We are looking for an inquisitive storyteller who is passionate about human-led stories and directing a wide range of content. Someone who likes to craft narratives, direct, shoot and work with a variety of talent and is always on the lookout for different stories and how to tell these stories differently. We pride ourselves on having a diverse range of thinkers, therefore we are looking for someone who brings their own personality and way of thinking to each story.

Working closely with the Executive Producer, Senior Creative and  Editor the role will direct, oversee and when required, edit content. You will have proven experience managing teams and crews and a proven ability to shoot a variety of content and in varying environments. Whether you are on set directing and shooting or in the studio editing you will be required to deliver projects on time and on budget to the highest quality.


You’ll be adaptable as your time could range from directing narrative-based films and digitally focussed content to writing and crafting visual treatments. You will work across a variety of clients and industries from sporting organisations and national governing bodies to FTSE 100 companies and the world’s biggest social media platforms.

You’ll be passionate about delivering visually engaging work and have a hunger to improve and master your craft.

Key Responsibilities


  • Creatively define the style and tone of content, carefully crafting content that delivers against the brief and to the audience.

  • Develop and present treatments to internal and external audiences in a clear, coherent and visually engaging way.

  • Show strong editorial judgement in order to lead internal and external teams to script narrative, and craft detailed shot lists and storyboards.

  • Lead and collaborate with Producers, Researchers and other crew members during production, ensuring they have clear and realistic objectives.

  • Direct and collaborate with presenters, athletes and talent ensuring they have been briefed and are aware of the editorial objectives of the film

Requirements of you

  • 5+ years of experience working as a videographer or self-shooting director.

  • Proven ability to generate and craft interesting and current stories suitable for a wider range of clients and genres.

  • Able to direct, shoot and edit to a high standard with fast turnarounds.
    Experience directing in a range of different environments, sets and talent.

  • Excellent scripting and narrative skills.
    Superb knowledge and experience in using of Adobe Creative suite.

  • Strong knowledge of set lighting and audio.

  • A willingness to travel, as this role will require working on location.
